Are You Really Leading?
There’s a seductive illusion in being “the leader.” You listen. You inspire. You make smart calls. You’re respected. And because of all that, everything still runs through you.
True leadership begins when you stop being the one who holds it all, and start being the one who passes it on. When your team doesn’t wait for answers because they’ve been equipped to lead without them. When trust is matched with ownership, and clarity doesn’t require a meeting.
Scaled leadership doesn’t remove responsibility, and this isn’t groupthink. It’s about building clear structures where decisions are distributed with purpose, made by the people closest to the work, and aligned through well-defined guardrails. Leaders still own the bigger picture (vision, alignment, and remain accountable for outcomes). But when everyone knows which decisions they can own, leadership becomes faster, more sustainable, and far more effective.
Thought I knew the ins and outs of leadership and what it takes. Turns out, I didn’t even really know what leadership was, let alone how to empower teams across my organization to be leaders. This course is transformative.

Read MoreThis training program is a practical, easy-to-follow resource that delivers real value. It does a great job of highlighting leadership challenges, like the risks of implementing change too fast, while also providing a clear, step-by-step action plan that leaders can actually use to improve team dynamics and management styles. What really stands out is how relatable and relevant the material feels - especially for a junior level employee. The section on “why leadership models fail in isolation” hits home for a lot of organizations, especially those stuck in outdated management approaches. The content flows naturally, making it simple for leaders at any level to take actionable steps toward real change. It’s a great tool for teams looking to build stronger, more effective leadership across the board.

Pulling people forward, empowering them, teaching them to succeed, giving them, (and me), space to fail... in a safe environment, is paramount! Doing so develops both a smart and committed workforce, but also a growing, solid, profitable and enduring brand. ~~BB Webb, Entrepreneur/Author/Business Coach
