First of all, I loved the option to have the audio- read feature. It helped me feel like I could fit this course into my busy schedule. I learned so much from this intro course and it definitely shifted my view on leadership roles. “True leadership isn’t selfish it’s selfless”; I truly think that this could help anyone. One key takeaway for me was the need for change from a traditional, individualistic hierarchical leadership that only gets feedback from superiors to a collectivistic approach as a team. I appreciated how this expertise came from different viewpoints and walks of life. The addition of supplemental research including podcasts was a nice touch to expand my research and development even more. Thank you so much!
